A Journey from Idea to Plan, from Plan to Venture
KADEM offers an exciting range of support to empower women entrepreneurs across a wide spectrum—from biotechnology to software, from artificial intelligence to health, food, and agricultural technologies. Through our Women in Innovation Program, women participating in entrepreneurship camps receive the financial and in-kind support they need to turn their ideas into reality.
On this journey from idea to plan and from plan to venture, we not only support women entrepreneurs but also connect them with innovative and sustainable projects.
What is Woman
in Innovation?
KADEM offers exciting support across a wide range of fields, from biotechnology to software, artificial intelligence to health, food, and agricultural technologies, to empower women entrepreneurs! In our Women in Innovation program, women participating in entrepreneurship camps receive the financial and in-kind support they need to turn their ideas into reality.

Since 2015, a total of 9 Women in Innovation Entrepreneurship Camps have been organized.
During the camps, entrepreneurs gain knowledge on how to develop their ideas and how to position themselves within their respective sectors. At the end of the camps, cash awards are granted to the most successful entrepreneurs. In addition, comprehensive one-week training programs are offered, supported by mentorship and experience sharing.

- Ministry of Industry and Technology: Vision, Opportunities and Possibilities for Women
- Entrepreneurs
- Pivot Strategies and Product-Market Fit
- Start-Up Law – Early Stage Mistakes and Protection Methods
- Storytelling and Effective Pitch Presentation and Effective Stage Performance
- Pitch Deck Preparation and Investor Presentation Preparation Techniques
Over the course of eight sessions, a total of 2.3 million TRY in cash awards, along with support such as office and prototype workshop access, B2B networking and crowdfunding opportunities, investor meetings, mentorship, and consultancy, have been provided. Hundreds of women have received entrepreneurship training and advisory services through these initiatives.
