We enhance entrepreneurs’ knowledge, skills, and competencies with our wide range of training covering topics such as business model development, marketing, finance, digital transformation, and intellectual property, as well as project management, investor relations, user experience, and leadership.
Program graduates are part of a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem, enabling knowledge sharing, joint projects, and access to new opportunities.
At the end of the program, successful startups are awarded in different categories and supported in their promotion and development processes. The first-place startup receives 350,000 TL, the second-place startup receives 250,000 TL, and the third-place startup receives 150,000 TL in cash prizes.
Our connection with participants does not end after the program.
By joining the Women in Innovation Network, entrepreneurs regularly receive updates on training, project calls, funding, and events.

Participants develop their projects through one-on-one sessions with expert mentors, while experience-sharing opportunities contribute to their personal growth.
Through meetings with companies from various sectors, participants have the opportunity to test their products and services in the market and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Participants have the opportunity to showcase their projects, gain visibility, and establish international connections at various events.
First-place winners of the Entrepreneurship Camps will receive support to participate in one of the major international events (CES, Slush, Web Summit Qatar, Web Summit Lisbon).
Participants will be able to bring their ideas to life in a productive working environment by using the shared workspaces at KADEM Innovation Women’s Information Center.
