7th Entrepreneurship Bootcamp – 2022

The 7th edition of the Women in Innovation Project, initiated by KADEM, has been completed. The project aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the women who participated.

Through training provided at camps organized as part of the project, women transform their technology and innovation-focused business ideas into ventures that can create high value-added, skilled employment. Participants also benefit from sharing experiences on topics such as developing ideas and finding their place in the industry.

To date, the Women in Innovation Project has seen:

• 2030 women entrepreneurs apply.
• Of these, 204 were selected for camps and received training.
• At the end of the camps, 36 women entrepreneurs reached the finals and received awards and certificates, with 13 of them founding their own companies by the end of the project.
• The award-winning entrepreneurs continue to achieve success in various fields.

In this phase of the Women in Innovation Project,

• Within the scope of the Istanbul Development Agency’s Entrepreneurship Financial Support Program, and with the support of Üsküdar
• Municipality,
• Yıldız Technopark,
• Istanbul TTO,
• Turkish Exporters Assembly project partnership,
• TÜBİTAK Marmara Technopark, Informatics Valley affiliates and KOSGEB, entrepreneurial women competed to transform their ideas into commercial enterprises.

Super Cable is an initiative that enables the domestic production of next-generation superconducting cables and their application in transmission lines integrated with electric charging stations.

Swatchloop is an AI-based waste management platform that enables more efficient recycling of textile waste and ensures the traceability and sustainability of recycling processes.

Coridor is an experience and analysis platform that transforms brands’ corporate social responsibility projects into task points where young people can earn rewards as they complete them, and that can generate sustainability reports.

Köstebek is a comprehensive e-waste management platform that manages the electronic waste of individuals and institutions in the most environmentally friendly, economical, and end-to-end manner. We aim to reduce carbon emissions from electronic waste, which are currently unknown, by 50% by 2030 through the Köstebek Digital Platform, while increasing our lost national income.

Invamar is a smart wearable innovation studio startup that comprehensively improves physical health and fitness using high technology.

SynthData is an AI-based synthetic data production platform for banks and insurance companies.
