The 7th edition of the Women in Innovation Project, initiated by KADEM, has been completed. The project aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the women who participated.
Through training provided at camps organized as part of the project, women transform their technology and innovation-focused business ideas into ventures that can create high value-added, skilled employment. Participants also benefit from sharing experiences on topics such as developing ideas and finding their place in the industry.
To date, the Women in Innovation Project has seen:
- 2030 women entrepreneurs apply.
- Of these, 204 were selected for camps and received training.
- At the end of the camps, 36 women entrepreneurs reached the finals and received awards and certificates, with 13 of them founding their own companies by the end of the project.
- The award-winning entrepreneurs continue to achieve success in various fields.
In this phase of the Women in Innovation Project,
- Within the scope of the Istanbul Development Agency’s Entrepreneurship Financial Support Program, and with the support of Üsküdar

- An online platform where candidates can receive support in areas such as training and collaboration, and the opportunity to join an ecosystem with over 5,000 entrepreneurs,
