The Women in Innovation Program is an education, mentorship, and support platform that aims to empower women entrepreneurs in the fields of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to help women bring their ideas to life and develop sustainable projects.
Any woman aged 18 or older with a technology-focused, innovative, and scalable business idea (if the startup is incorporated, at least 50% of the shares must belong to a female co-founder) can apply to the camp program, which has no industry restrictions.

Ideation
Aspiring entrepreneurs with an innovative business idea who want to become entrepreneurs by transforming this idea into a business model (Unique Value Proposition – UVP)
Pre-Incubation
Entrepreneurs who have turned their innovative business idea into a product and want to meet with customer networks and investors (Minimum Viable Product – MVP)
Incubation
Entrepreneurs who have established their startup, made their first sale, and are ready to match with investors (Proof of Concept – PoC)
If you are applying in the ideation stage and pre-incubation category, you can apply if your startup has not received 500 000 TL or more investment.
If you are applying in the incubation category, you can apply provided that your business has not received 1,000,000 TL or more in investment.
After applications are completed, they are reviewed in detail by a panel of judges. Applicants who meet the requirements and found successful are eligible to participate in the program and benefit from the opportunities offered.
Entrepreneurs who qualify for the program will be notified by email. Announcements will also be made at www.inovasyondakadin.org.
No, no fee or equity is requested from entrepreneurs.
Camp finalists will receive the award in cash if they meet at least 3 of the conditions listed below within one year of the award ceremony.
Required Conditions:
Be eligible to receive financial support from one of the national or international official institutions and organizations (KOSGEB, TÜBİTAK, Horizon Europe, or Erasmus+).
Submission of official invoices demonstrating the financial progress of the venture.
Employment of at least one full-time employee and submission of official documents regarding startup insurance coverage.
Submission of a copyright registration certificate approved by the patent office.
Submission of official documents proving that an investment has been received,
Documents proving the venture’s efforts to develop itself must be submitted to us within the specified time frame.
Applications cannot be revised after the application period has closed. If the candidate has earned the right to participate in the camp, they must declare that their business information is up to date before and during the camp.
All accommodation and meal expenses (excluding personal expenses) at the designated hotel during the program will be covered by KADEM and sponsors. Transportation expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
No, only entrepreneurs who have qualified for the bootcamp can participate in the program.
Yes, it is.
No, graduates from previous bootcamps or programs cannot be selected for the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp again. We organize different programs and events for our graduate entrepreneurs. We recommend that you follow the invitations sent to your email addresses to participate in these programs.
It will be secured by a confidentiality agreement prepared by KADEM during the camp and signed by the applicants.
Yes, but each applicant and team member’s one business idea will be evaluated.
