WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I have been duly informed by the Women and Democracy Foundation (KADEM) regarding the use of personal data. In this context, within the scope of the Women Entrepreneurship Camp in Innovation (“Program”) organized by KADEM; data such as participants’ name, surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number, email address, mobile phone number, professional information, social media account information, educational status, university and department information, as well as photo and video recordings, may be processed in compliance with the law and rules of honesty. The processed personal data may be transferred to the Presidency, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and Other Relevant Official Institutions/Units, in cases permitted by explicit legislation and/or limited to the purpose for which they are processed, as stipulated by law and in line with legitimate interests. Furthermore, photo and video recordings may be shared on the KADEM website, in press organs, and/or on social media channels, subject to obtaining explicit consent.

KADEM stores, processes, and records your personal data obtained through written, verbal, or visual communication channels within the scope of the program it carries out in accordance with EU Incentive Regulations, the IPA II Framework Agreement, public disclosure, or legitimate interest, for the purposes of informing the public, hosting similar projects again, providing explanations to relevant institutions regarding the grant provided, proving the work done based on EU Incentive Regulations, ensuring the safety of event participants, carrying out social responsibility and civil society activities, and supporting the organized event. Audio, visual, and video recordings made during the program may be shared on the KADEM website, in press organs, and/or on social media channels for the purposes of KADEM activities, promotion of participants, and increasing project effectiveness, subject to obtaining explicit consent. Emails and SMS messages may be sent to the recorded email addresses and phone numbers for the purpose of carrying out communication activities and providing information.

Your obtained personal data may be deleted or destroyed if requested by the data subjects or if the maximum processing periods specified in the KADEM Disclosure Text and the related Personal Data Protection and Destruction Policy expire.

You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law by using the Personal Data Application Form available on our website www.kadem.org.tr.

I hereby freely declare that the personal data I have shared with KADEM is accurate and up-to-date, and that I will notify KADEM of any changes to this data; that I have been duly informed by KADEM regarding the processing of my personal data, and that I have read and understood the Personal Data Protection and Destruction Policy and the Disclosure Text. At this point, I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes listed above, its use limited to the processing purpose within the relevant process, its sharing, its storage for the necessary period, and the sharing of recorded audio, video, and visual recordings on the KADEM website, in press organs, and/or on social media channels.
