Board: Personal Data Protection Board.
Data Processor: A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller, based on the authority given by the data controller.
Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

KADEM uses cookies on our website for various purposes and processes your personal data through these cookies. These purposes are mainly:

- To request the rectification of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To demand compensation for damages if personal data is processed unlawfully.
